Technical Head

Responsibilities:

Ø Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team

Ø System design, coding, code review and unit testing

Ø Server management, storage management, security management

Ø Delegate tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals

Ø Liaise with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard and on time as urgent needs

Ø Identify risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible

Ø Perform periodic risk assessments and initiate risk control strategies

Ø Analyze existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements

Ø Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Ø Update work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required

Ø Write progress reports and deliver presentations to the management level

Ø Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes

Requirements:

Ø Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field

Ø At least five-year experience in technical management field and experience in handling multiple projects

Ø Relevant Management certification is preferable and experiences in a similar role would be advantageous

Ø Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills and IT infrastructure skills

Ø Experience in Government projects is preferable

Ø Strong skill in Technical Proposals and Presentations

Ø Excellent in ethical leadership abilities, good interpersonal skills and proactive nature

Ø Strong leadership and team management skill

Ø Excellent in professional communication with clients

Ø Ability to work under pressure and motivating staff who can ask questions and voice their concerns

Ø Must have willingness to travel as require.
